Hey Dylan, a super simple and effective technique that I found is using Zillow and then just saving the home as you drive past it.

From what I understand this usually is never really a problem but is there some way you can do it safely such as getting some sort of written letter of consent from them?

@Timothy Crawford Truly inspiring story I use a technique called google drive for dollars in my market it may save you sometime on prospecting and driving around. 

These things are irreplaceable and making the extra effort to keep these safe will show that you were truly considerate.  

These are my "safe" and honestly unrealistic numbers.

Thus enabling them to make the lion's share of profit on each deal instead of ending up with a handful of peanuts after assigning contracts to investors.There are also substantial tax advantages with the specific techniques so there is little lost there too.
