I just find it funny that an industry that makes it money by lending wont lend to someone who has more than enough proof of good credit, history, and income. 

Completion of project being “weather proof”; includes framing, roofing and windows.  

If you have the proof that you contacted many contractors then I say just go through with the eviction.

I do have proof of this.I am looking for someone to represent me on this.Any advice is welcome!

@Lisa Woods I actually bought a property with an inherited tenant who had been renting for 8 years and had proof of on time payment for the past 6 months.

What proof or certificate should I request from the seller?  

I then began to ask for his pre approved financing or proof of funds.

It’s beautiful, easy to install, virtually tenant/pet proof and if by chance an area gets damaged, you replace that particular piece, not the whole room.  

So, if the mortgage payment on a duplex is $1400 a month and the property makes $700 in rental income, you might only have to qualify for $700 rental income with regards to your personal income versus proof you can make a $1400 payment.
