Question About Serving a 5-day in Wisconsin

I have a tenant who hasn't paid her rent for several months.  She is on an 8-month lease.  Originally in the lease, it stated that she would put the utilities in her name and pay, however, she asked if she could reimburse us.  Stupidly, I said sure.  I spoke with an attorney today and have gotten advice to send the 5-day, however, I had follow up questions and the office doesn't seem too speedy on their email.  When I send the 5-day, can I request reimbursement for the utilities also, which are now sizeable, or do I just send the 5-day for the rent?  I have never had this problem before, so I was kind of going on the honor system.  Rookie mistake, I know.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Replied

Google the Wisconsin way. Guide to landlord /tenant handbook. It's a great resource for rules in Wisconsin regarding rental property. And yes I'd include all money owed, rent, late fees, water bill in my 5 day notice.
