I'd try and hookup with another wholesaler in Ohio and offer to buy them lunch or give them a few bucks to give you a copy of theirs. 

@Andrew CordleOne huge issue for me is the home is a split level with the lower level under ground, this makes me nervous as for potential future leak issues.Obviously the home looks great but for a rental home it seems over renovated meaning with the granite and custom tile in the showers, seems more like retail quality but hey, for an end investor if that's what they are providing then better for end investor.

This one works great.Never had a problem meeting people for lunch discussing multi-million dollar commercial deals.In fact developers and buyers like the idea I am conservative.

Hey this just happened today around lunch , I came home and backed in the drive , there was a car parked between my house and the neighbor.

I guess from what I have heard once they split from ATL they hired an outside company to do their permits then I suppose they had some kind of split and now Brookhaven is doing the permits and it is taking an extremely slow process. 

He put up the money, I found the deal and did all the work and we split the profit 50/50.
