A lot of times they just want to know what the home sold for, where the owner moved to and what the new owner is like...but that's ok, it's exposure and that's what will get her business in the future.

Could be a simple job of changing out outlets, 5 mins each... come to find out (old houses), a lot of times they would wire the outlets and pull excess into the basement or into first floor.
