I think they can not be trusted, there was 80 students who payed for 3 days of training, we received 1.5 days of education and the other 1.5 day was listening to a sales pitch.I feel sorry for anyone who pays $53000 for there course but a sucker is born everyday.

I run all hvac work for an Ivy League college and my wife is a physician.We make a little over 400k annually.My wife will be paying off her student loans shortly which will free up over 4K a month, which frees up a decent amount of money for investing.My question... with the ability to come up with a decent down payment quickly what kind of property should I look for to start off?
