Elite Legacy Training Melbourne - Rich Dad Poor Dad

Craig Clark
Posted

This weekend I attended the 3 day legacy training in Melbourne Australia. After reading some reviews online I sort of had an idea of what to expect. The 3 day course cost $1250aud. That price is for 2 people. That includes some online videos, an online work book to look at before you attend the training. I wanted to attend by myself, so I asked if I could pay half price of $625. They agreed to that but didn't allow me to view the online videos or online work books.

Over the 3 days, I did learn a little bit about real estate. They gave an over view but with out going into the finer details. Was it worth $1250? Absolutely not, was it worth the $625 I payed? probably not.

The first days was fairly informative, but Legacy had a clear message if you try to do this by yourself you will fail. They also told everyone to ring their credit card provider at lunch and ask for a credit increase . There was a reason for this. No one was allowed to ask questions while the educators spoke, they said hold your questions we will have time for them later, but that time never came.

Day 2 They had a guy called Henry talk about the Australian market for the first couple hours because all they had really spoke about is the UK market. Then the sales pitch began for their platinum advanced education. They had 2 courses, The Australian market training is $53000aud and the Australian & UK market training is $93000aud. I literally laughed out load when I heard those prices. I had made a decision before going I would not pay for the advanced training. They where very pushy with the sales tactics and pretty much made me feel guilty for not signing up.

In my opinion Legacy are just vultures trying too SCAM your money, their training is ridiculously over priced. After the first day the training was all about selling the advanced course. Dr Rohan was the host. A few comments he made " an old ladies husband had died CHA CHING, what's the sound of money? that's how you get a good deal" (his words). Another comment he made "If you have $50000 in your bank, just pay for the training. Don't worry about having no money left this is for your future". He is as slimy as they come.

The third day the sales pitch was hard, they put the guilt trip on everyone. They where not educating by this point but only trying to sell the advanced training course. I left at the morning tea break.

I am not saying that their advanced training will not be good, their training is not accredited, there is no proof that it works or that anyone has been successful. $53000 and $93000 is outrageous. I think they can not be trusted, there was 80 students who payed for 3 days of training, we received 1.5 days of education and the other 1.5 day was listening to a sales pitch.

I feel sorry for anyone who pays $53000 for there course but a sucker is born everyday. I think I will be able to find the training I need and mentorship at a much cheaper price then legacy.

Just thought I would share my experience if anyone else is thinking about doing there training with Legacy, it may work for someone else but not what I'm looking for.

Craig.
