Any opinions on buying a single home investment property in Teravista community in Roundrock in the $250K - $300K range?

For local investors, Semmes is probably ok and there is absolutely community pride and pride of ownership in the Orange Mound area.  

Would definitely be interested in hearing about Kenosha's market, as it seems like a community more on the rise, and thus more lucrative for flipping.

The area seems to be a stable economy that is supported by the Air Force Base  that is near by as well as some industrial type companies.  

I am new to BP but already appreciate the community!
