Microbilt wants anywhere from a 1-3 year commitment with heavy cancellation fees ($300), and other "professional" offerings are not too different. 

Maybe no one is committing mortgage fraud, but is everyone just breaking the contracts and calling the bluff that these mortgage companies will not call the loan??

Your lender will tell you what actions you can reasonably take with your credit between pre-approval and mortgage commitment.

As with any lending, you have to go through the full process to obtain a commitment letter.HML and Private lenders are more common for investors.

You give way and you commit yourself to the pursuit of pleasure.

Bottom line... you need to be ready and commited.  

The federal law states it is illegal on federal it states: "Marijuana possession remains a federal offense, and the federal law applies to offenses committed on federal property, which includes the Capitol grounds and the mall within DC, as well as all national parks and military property nationwide, and other land under federal control.Federal law also applies to offenses involving interstate commerce and importation from other countries."

Just something else to put on your due diligence list before you commit.

I say this because I had a commitment letter.

Commercial lending rates are not the same as residential so I would do some more research before committing to this or any other investment.
