Hi everyone! My name is Joseph Cahill. I'm 23 years old from Bergen County (North) Jersey. I'm new to RE and am looking to get in the business as soon as possible to build a portfolio of multi family units that will provide a cash flow of 5 figures within my first 5 years. I am looking to connect with any and everyone. If you're from New Jersey let's connect! I am looking to meet, be mentored, and help others wherever I can. Thank you.

Joseph,

The next BP networking event neaeby is on Jan 4 in NYC.  Highly recommended.  This business is all about relationships and bringing value to whomever you engage with.  Bottom line... you need to be ready and commited.  If you haven't, I suggest you pay special attention to Podcast #200.  Josh and Brandon did a great job summarizing the steps to start a successful real estate investing business.

Track the market, don't rush, don't overpay, stay true to your criteria.

Best of luck!!
