Skip tracing- best cost & accuracy combo?

Hi all,

I'm looking at some different skip tracing options and some of these are freakin ridiculous! Microbilt wants anywhere from a 1-3 year commitment with heavy cancellation fees ($300), and other "professional" offerings are not too different. 

Any recommendations? Spokeo is cheap but seems to be inaccurate. Been Verified has piqued my interest.
