@Gilberto Rodriguez Well...I have a group that does NOT charge and there are no things to buy, just free knowledge.

I bought this property from a company that buys distressed properties, rehabs them to prepare them for rent, and then sells them to a buyer.

We have a property outside this trust that is only on my husband's name (we couldn't buy it on both of our name due to my unavailability at the time).

If rents are high compared to sales price, then you have to ask - why aren't these renters buying? 

Is this market accessible for the average investor in the UK, or is it exclusively banks and hedge funds who buy/sell these sorts of instruments?

Did you buy and renovate?

I have done the work to close on the home in a great market and my strategy is buy and hold.
