You have to be careful with these, because there is some rule that says if you have employees, they must be able to participate if they want to, so be sure the company you use for your solo k will not have employees.

If the lender wants you to participate in the purchase process and you essentially tell them you are while not disclosing a document that states you are not, I am not sure how that would sit with the lender post closing.
