I have been browsing the site for a while and I am now ready to start participating with this community. I am currently searching for a multi family property for my first investment. I hope to complete a deal by the end of the year. I look forward to reviewing any potential deals I encounter with everyone. Thanks for all of the useful advice you have already provided.
