Has anyone here read books on time management to aid them in building their portfolio, if so which books would you recommend?

I googled some of this, some articles say that there are no regulations for this kind of stuff including skip tracers.Account Closed thanks for the info, would you know anyone who might know the answer to it.

just do a quick search on google for houston hard money lenders. there are way too many around... and its only 60k you need it wont break the bank.. specially with 3k /month cashflow...
