Does anyone have Comps or an estimated value for a duplex in zip-code 32901, walking distance to the historic downtown area, exactly 1 mile west or a 20 min. walk to Hell 'n Blazes Brewing Co  (Unit A is 2 bed/ 1 bath and Unit B is 1 bed/ 1 bath), about 1300 - 1544 sqft based on the survey provided (I haven't measured the higher value includes the garage sqft).

My other costs include a 20V cordless drill for $60, a drill set for $20, a set of 1/4 inch driver bits for $10, a tape measure for $5, and a bimetal hole saw template kit for $50.I've never but never met a locksmith with a skill set worth anything close to what he charged for his time, tools, and materials on anything resembling a normal residential job.
