Dog food and cat food packaging are very common places for roaches, especially at distribution centers or pet stores, that don't have the same standards for pet food pest control as they do for human food.

Manmath,We deal with pets by requiring a non refundable deposit to cover damages.We charge Pet Rent per animal on top of the regular rate.you may have missed the opportunity to do either of these at this point.If the dog is damaging your property, then give them some choices:Get rid of the dog, or move out.Control/contain the animal or pay for any future damages.We have a list of dog breeds that our insurance co. will not allow on the premise, this is a good way to limit some dangerous breeds.

For STNL (pharmacies, grocery stores, home improvement stores, Costco, Wal-mart, auto stores, national to strong regional corporate gas station brands, dollar stores, some national corporate credit QSR's, Davita Dialysis & Fresnuis) still have lenders bullish with 30 to 35% down and some have interest rates in the 3's.

I am buying a small run down cottage listed on the town field card as a residential single family, but completely covered in red for commercial zone on the town's zoning map, it backs up to a grocery store and is across from a bank.

(Found out after they left)A few items of mine and other tenant are missing, maybe $250 or so that we know of currently.One tenant asked the other tenants to move my mattress downstairs and the other 2 tenants moved and ripped the seams in multiple places and stored it slumped on it's side (who's at fault here?).
