BP introduction from Aiken, SC

I'm a little late on doing this but I am a newer investor from the Aiken, SC area. I got into real estate on accident and then fell in love. I got introduced to BP about a year ago and have since then absolutely absorbed information everyday. I am definitely looking forward to learning and growing as an investor and a person in my new found passion. I currently have a few commercial units and a couple of SFHs with a goal of purchasing at least 4 REI's in 2020, which I've already purchased 2 since February.
