The 716 - New Investor in WNY

Vinh Tran
Posted

Hello BP,

I hope everyone is well and safe.

My name is Vinh, and I am new to real estate investing. I was born and raised in downtown Buffalo and just recently moved out to NYC. Given the the recent resurgence (seemingly) in Buffalo, I'm looking across the city for a value-add opportunity specifically in multi-family 3-4+ units. Solely based on my observation, the growth in Buffalo has been insane - advances in education, medicine, and overall culture.

I believe Buffalo can continue its development in areas that are just outside the neighborhoods that have already seen this growth.

I would love to hop on the phone with any current or future investors to discuss the opportunity.

If anyone has any deeper insight to investing in Buffalo (retail or commercial) and why, I would really appreciate it.

Best!

Vinh
