I do believe this to be true being that you can't control what other people do, only what you do.

This will make you more confident and gives you a sense of control at the bargaining table.

Have they said when the smoke or where the smoke is more noticeable, In a complex I managed a patio smokers fumes went right up and in the above units door.. it's hard to control, best to eliminate if possible.. any cigarette use in common areas is lease infraction, so no halls, laundry rooms, ect for that. 

Costs can really spiral out of control when you not only have to renovate, but also undo someone else's crappy renovation attempts.

Jorge, would I still generate qualified calls from renters (tenant/buyers) for my rent-to own homes I control?
