I would say, based on the number of hours dedicated to the hundreds of thousands of posts on this site, the GOOD investors are willing to chat even when they are busy.

But odds are it doesn't.It is going to take time, dedication, effort, sacrifice, etc. it is WORK. as it anything we do in this arena.

I dont wholesale but I see the "overall" proccess as simple just requires lots of dedication, work and time to be successful.

In the market here in Florida, homes will come and go on a daily basis, so when a house goes on the market, one has to be ready to show as soon as the client is available.Managing her time and dedication to a client is really going to be key in her success part time.My best suggestion is that you save up/get enough money so that she can go full time.

I suggest you do the same and dedicate some time to it.

I have always been interested in it but haven't had the time to really dedicate myself to learning and I know thats a must.
