How to Request a Meeting, Thoughts?
I'm new to BP and REI. I'd like to meet up with a few investors locally to begin learning the ropes in my specific market. How should I go about requesting someone's time? In my experience in the commercial insurance industry RE investors are usually very busy. I've read that it's best to offer some kind of mutual benefit when asking for someone's time, but I really don't have anything to offer at this time other than the potential for future collaboration. I also thought about offering to help them out with something that would benefit my education in exchange for their time.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
