Your market is booming and you have a mentor!

We want to definitely invest in real estate... however, I still feel too inexperienced to execute on a deal so I will be putting in some deep work hours and join in on webinars/attend conferences/ hopefully find a mentor before pulling the trigger.

The contacts I made at my first REIA five (5) years ago now are people I call friends and mentors today.

However I would love to have a mentor or someone to show me the ropes of wholesaling, acquiring rentals, and building wealth as I am willing to assist and help for free!

I'm thinking that as well after looking into this all day today and consulting with my mentors.

I just know anybody successful out there almost always seem to have some type of mentor.
