Newbie In Need Of Help

To skip the small talk, I am a beginner and I need help finding a buyer for a Villa located on the Virgin Islands. I generated a few leads using Facebook ads but they turned out to lead nowhere. I have checked the registry of deeds for the Virgin Islands and got the contact info for the major players buying properties but have yet to call them.

Now to give a little back story, I am currently still enrolled in High-school however every advisor I have spoken say that I am not your average High-schooler. I became interested in REI about one year again and started reading books and listening to podcasts to get familiar with the idea and decided that I would pursue this career. When I began I was stuck just like I am now but I knew that I had to start somewhere so I told some of my other friends and began networking. Fast forward a couple of months I find a mentor who believes in me but challenges me to do better. He told me that the harder I work the more I will achieve so right now I am working hard to show that his belief in me was not a mistake. I said all of that to say this, I would appreciate any advice or knowledge anyone could give me regarding the subject of me selling the Villa or how to find a buyer.

First and foremost, congrats on taking action- you are light years ahead of where I was in high school!

I'd get to some local REI meetings and meet people who are actively doing deals in your area. I'd also find some local real estate brokers who work with buyers looking for investment properties in your area, they'll usually have buyers at the ready, and if you've negotiated a great deal, they can help you get it closed and you might even get another mentor out of the deal.

Good luck!
