The home has a central Oil-Fired furnace which provides both heat and hot water to all three units. 

I would still have an attorney or a very experienced landlord review it to make sure all of the major elements are included

We modified our canned “checkout reminder” to send at 8 AM so it’s the first thing the guest sees, along with instructions like “turn off all AC units / heat / lights”.

Our market was really heating up and investment properties were getting harder to find unless you could close with 100% cash.

THE JOB:  relocate toilet, tub/shower and vanity which requires moving plumbing, electric and a heating vent. 

Main thing that's bother me is NO central Air and Heat.

For me the most important element is the value-add so I can force appreciation.

I do have an older style Heating system however (hot air) and I was just wondering if anyone on here can either support me with this form of beating or recommend me someone.
