Good Morning Jose, Is your nephew looking to become a licensed agent or is he looking for investment training on how to rehab, wholesale, buy and hold etc?

After every three or four speakers they would hold a discussion panel with those same speakers and give the audience an opportunity to ask questions that would be answered by everybody on the panel.

We do wholesale, rehabs, buy and holds, retail.

I am contemplating on taking the risks and buy a few of these and hold and rent for years.

@Libby Tucker you should contact the bank holding the mortgage and tell them what you want to do, i.e. transferring the property to the LLC.  

We're estimating the total cost of the project to be $350,000 which includes acquisition, rehab, and holding costs.
