Hello everyone!  My name is Marsha and my goals in real estate are to buy and flip and to buy and hold and will be wholesaling in the beginning.  I am working full time on my real estate investing business!  I have done research and have learned a lot about investing, but I am so happy I found BiggerPockets so that I can connect/interact with this great community that I am sure I will learn a WHOLE LOT more from.  It is one thing to read and get information, but the value you get from learning from others who are already in the business is so invaluable.  I look forward to learning a lot from you and hope to meet members of the South Florida community in person soon :)
