Then divided that number by 30 to get a yearly amount and then divide that number by 12 to get a monthly.The math will change with size of property and individual features such as windows and doors and sq ft of the property but it will get you a rough number before you have looked at the property.

I saw a function on the app that would let someone log into their account with the utility provider and Experian would then be able to use their on-time utility payments as credit history, which could be a boon for you in this process.I believe that feature is called Experian Boost.
