Most people don't bother opening the door when door-knocking, so I wonder if it's better to leave a flyer or a door hanger with market trends, coupons, recipes, etc. 

In my opinion if you only have a handful of rental properties I would not bother with an LLC. 

That bothers me alot to see, as I have the nagging question "Does AirDNA know something about that partucular spot that I don't?"

If an applicant bothers to read you state that it is updated with SS appliances and an updated kitchen but people aren't going to get past the pictures to read.

If you have no assets to protect I certainly wouldn't bother with an llc.

I haven't bothered to drive by them yet as I would agree they are a bit pricey.Having grown up around all the 'old' and 'new' money thats out here it's hard to not consider the areas I named for potential opportunities.

I suppose that I should tweak my formulas but the difference of $2.00 doesn't really bother me that much.  

Most cities either take nearly a year to build a proper case against you, or do not bother you if you are not a nuisance (i.e. carefully screening guests).
