Best Tax Lien Tracking Software
I was wondering what most people were using to track the tax liens that they have purchased? I wanted a system that alerts me to redemption periods, calculates returns, ect.... I know there was a post approx a year ago about software that helps with analysis but I am (at the moment) just wanting a system to track my purchases, redemptions, an other important items that need to be followed up on. I was wondering if anyone in the community could comment on any of the below software programs or suggest better options?
Here is the list I came up with so far via a google search:
Lien Log $39/month or $350/year
Margo? I believe this is the same as Tax Lien Certificate Portfolio Tracker? $99
Tax Lien Manager TM This is from the tax lien lady. I could not find any pricing anywhere-only videos and ads

@Sandy Uhlmann I started with about $5000 that I bought two leftover liens with. I was able to foreclose on both of them and both turned out to be home runs. This has grown to where we spent about 2.7 million dollars and bought over 500 liens last year. So I hope this inspires other new investors that you can start small ad grow big.
I should point out that is borrowed money. I do not have $2.7 million. :- )
Yes my attorney specializes in Tax liens. That is probably 80% of his work. My attorney knows that he is getting all my business, and he knows what I buy the day of the sale. We work very closely together. Redemption checks start coming in before I need to pay him any money.
