No black or white.If you are happy with a system that delivers a 0.1% success rate, no one is making you change it.But for my standards, I have created a system that gives me a 63% to 87% success rate.

If I rented in New York City, I would be paying ~ 3,200 for a similar one bed and all of that would go into a black hole.

Sorry for the long rant but it demonstrates why I feel for the small plumbing company and how even such seemingly black and white decisions that only involves $5,000 (It's alot but it's not going to put anyone out of business) is hurting my productivity.
