Hello Everyone.

My name is Lorcan and while I am not new to this site, I have never posted anything substantial before.  I have been too busy reading tons of great articles and trying to be a sponge. Thank you to everyone who has posted anything I have read and learned from.

So, I have owned and rented out one condo for about 10 years now but have been very lucky in so much as I have had the same tenant all along. I have learned some things relating to this but to be honest it has been pretty easy.

I am kind of all over the place with what direction I want to go in with RE investing as a number of options appeal to me. One option is the buy and hold single families with a goal of 20 properties but is seems very difficult to find opportunities where the numbers work in and around Boston.  The other option is multi-family properties.

I would be very interested in connecting with people who I could learn from and even possibly find a RE Investor mentor.

Thanks for all the sharing  - This is a powerful site with awesome people

Lorcan

@Lorcan MacGrath  Welcome

You may want to consider looking a little West before leaving the state? A lot of our investors work it in Worcester.
