Home Ownership Seminars

I would like to conduct (free?) home ownership seminars for first-time buyers.  Where shall I start? I  plan to invite my favorite lender to discuss mortgage options.  I'd like to have speakers for insurance and closing as well.  I plan on reserving a room at a local library.

Your advice is greatly appreciated!  (marketing, planning, location, topics, seminar length, follow-up, etc)

@Pam

@Pam Black Zentner great idea! I'd start by being very clear on your audience (i.e. first-time home buyers who have a budget of XYZ) then find team members who deliver on the needs of that audience. I'd charge something (i.e. $5...something) so that the people who RSVP actually show up. I've found that works best when I'm teaching a class.
