Being a 20 year Air Force Vet I understand the VA loan process and I think with the high concentration of soldiers there is a lot of individuals buying homes there that shouldn't.  

He is trying to find a rental that does NOT need new paint,(or not recently painted) has NO strongly scented products (air fresheners, shampooed carpet smell etc.)

Either the AIR or the CAR form.  

Don't feel pressured to learn everything before you do anything.

The lender worries about the buy back provisions in case of a default so the underwriter wants the file air tight before approval and funding.

Since my family lives there, I can usually combine trips to see them and change the air filters or whatever that the properties need.I was really fortunate with my latest town-home purchase last month.  

Now sure if interest rates were to go up significantly in a short period of time, we should see some downward pressure on prices.

I feel central air would value.

I am not sure about a 3 day notice and I would air on the side of caution with a 30 day notice.

I am also looking at Wilmington as I LOVE the salt air along the coast.
