Hi my name is Remy Lattin from Herriman UT. I've been a real estate investor for just over 3 years now. I currently own 3 rental properties and have had a great experience so far. Just purchased my 3rd property last month and am already on the hunt for #4. It took me over a year to find this most recent purchase, and with real estate prices as high as they are now I'm hoping to learn some more options when it comes to finding properties with a good ROI.

I learned about this site from reading Brandon's book on real estate investing and looking forward to networking with others to learn as much as possible and hopefully help others down the road.
