This will reduce your footprint and units.  .5 acres is a really small footprint.

Chris, I can really relate to this question because back in 2021, I sold my single-family home portfolio to get into multifamily investing.

I understand the trepidation of co-signing, so i'm looking for a reasonable offer(s) to present to anyone that would consider doing this.

This seems to be true whether it's CA, TX, AZ or OH - IN or GA.Apparently wholesaling isn't as easy as everybody thinks and are willing to pay big bucks to "learn".Obviously the decline has hit the information provider's customer base that they sell information to, and hurt their bottom line.

I also have no issue getting conventional financing, but am going DSCR in order to get up to the 75% LTV.I don't think i really need any more quotes at this time, that is not why i am posting this, just wanted to get other's thoughts.....

Are there any DSCR lenders that work in this arena?
