Your post lacks details which is why you are getting questions rather than answers. I find that two of the biggest mistakes are in the manner in which you ask for the money (there is a good way and a not so good way) and not having enough knowledge on the subject and the proper info on the presentation of the deal itself.

When I need to fund I deal, I am not asking for money, I am offering a legitimate and alternative opportunity for others to make money. There is a key difference between the two. You also must know your numbers and have a real deal.

Other reasons may be that the deals presented do not make sense to the lender or you don't have a track record. There are many more reasons why you may be having difficulties, your input from here will help us better answer your question.
