I can stop taking trips whenever I want, whether its for 5 minutes or just to stop and eat.

And you could probably make the argument that during tough times, people will scale back and take "smaller, or more local" vacations, than say a trip out West skiing.

Not sure if this was already mentioned or posted here, but I received an email from TREC this morning clarifying rules for wholesaling in Texas:"Sale of Equitable Interests in Real Estate Clarified Governor Abbott Has Signed SB 2212SB 2212 amends Chapter 1101 to codify the clarifying changes to TREC rules regarding sale of certain equitable interests in real property.

Read them every morning and every night.

The kids could watch the goats get milked in morning, feed the chickens and eat farm fresh eggs for breakfast.
