What can I do or where can I go (online websites, videos, podcasts or books) to help me understand the market and the industry better?

I am doing all I can to learn as much as possible (reading books and other educational materials, listening to podcasts, watching videos) while working towards the move and saving all we can.  

These few below mentioned tips are what you'll see and hear very often :- Listen to podcasts: You don't have to listen to the full podcast, a few short minutes videos on YT is sufficient enough.

For YEARS I have watch hundreds of videos and gained knowledge but have not be able to pull the trigger.

Besides watching YouTube videos here and there on it with some saying wait to get a real estate license, and some saying go ahead and get it out the gate.
