New Investor looking to Partner

Hello. My name is Melanee and I am new to real estate. For YEARS I have watch hundreds of videos and gained knowledge but have not be able to pull the trigger. I am looking for a seasoned investor open to working with someone who is eager, persistent and beyond READY to take action.

I recently dove into wholesaling; I have be able to find deals(all of which haven't been good but in only a month I have had multiple "motivated sellers" reach out to me. I am still working on negotiating and closing deals but I continue to market and strive towards closing my first deal.  

My overall goal is to buy and hold properties but I am open to partner on buy and holds, fix and flips and wholesaling. I want to be able to get the "out in the field" experience so can build capital to build a portfolio of rental properties for myself.  

For any seasoned investors open to partnering with a new investor I'm ready!
