I'm a software engineer at HouseCanary, which makes real estate software such as the ComeHome app.

I use Quickbooks for my accounting however I am looking for a property management software program that will sync with Quickbooks. 

Let's say --- you need to track 15 tenants in 4 buildings about its income and expensesquickbooks app ?  Google sheets?    Mile track?

I like to think buy I'll 5-7 more duplexes in the next 2-3 years and am looking for suggestion on book keeping software. 

I'm a technologist at heart and have worked in the software industry for the past 10+ years.

I am currently a software engineer and the my career has stabilized so I am now focused on wealth building and investing in out of state cash flow properties(SoCal is just way too expensive for me right now).I discovered bigger pockets from listening to Paula Pant's Afford Anything Podcast and eventually my friend recommended I check out the podcast.I am looking forward to meeting others and helping each other out.

Rather than get a job, which is proving to be very difficult having not worked in my industry (high-tech software sales in the xSP market) for the last 13+ years, I would prefer to 're-learn' the real estate industry and market that I hope will provide for our future. 

real world problems are people based and rely on Direct human relations with real people outside of software programs and algorithms. 

On top of that, obviously keep track of all income/expenses separately through software or online platform (I use Tenant Cloud which is free).Best of luck!
