Hi everyone, my name is Davis and I am from San Diego, CA.

I recently did a career change from finance/accounting and finished graduate school for Computer Science. I am currently a software engineer and the my career has stabilized so I am now focused on wealth building and investing in out of state cash flow properties(SoCal is just way too expensive for me right now).

I discovered bigger pockets from listening to Paula Pant's Afford Anything Podcast and eventually my friend recommended I check out the podcast.
