@Joseph Brown Join TREIA (Triangle Real Estate Investors Association)...it's about $150 a year, or you can join for a quarter for a lower price...and you can look on their inventory list of investment properties that have been posted by members.

Only problem......it took me at least 12 hours of trial and error and head scratching to find the work needed, and then probably twice as long as a pro to run one simple wire.

Look I’m not advocating  he take six muscular biker friends over there to hit them over the head with baseball bats  lol I’m saying he should go there not alone for his own protection  especially if these fellas are as bad as he’s saying  and also it helps to have witnesses.
