Creating a lucrative KPI!

Hello! My name is Immanuel, and I currently work in Central NJ! I am a very motivated individual that got into this business head first! Heres the problem.. I have the drive and tenacity to get through deals, but I've run into a greater problem.. Efficiency! I have always struggled with organization, but never with action. I know that if I want to take this an make it a business, ill have to have systems in place to keep me accountable and on track with everything. I think I want to start with a simple, easy, lucrative KPI.. (Key performance indicator) I have a few ideas, but I do want to get some ideas from smarter brains (like you). Maybe some ideas I haven't thought of! Thanks in Advance!
