There are on line marketing experts out there specializing in real estate that could create an ongoing program making an agent well known in their market and getting lots of quality leads.  

That being said, I think there might be an opportunity for this program to be expanded as the the politicians seem to finally be understanding that they need to do something to fix the lack of supply of new construction homes and I'm thinking this program may end up being a part of their solution.I've tried finding some real meat/details on the program but all I can seem to find is the broad strokes at a really high level. 

there are 3 or 4 companies that sell how to programs normally about 2k to 3k.. this will give you the basics.. or you can try to find a used set of books tapes on E bay for 50 bucks or so.

@Quin Ortiz how many competitor programs have you tested?

Generally, I'm not a fan of the program for too many reasons to go into right now.

Any tenants SEC 8 , and if so do you know if they are actually still on the program and current on their portion ? 

Like many tourist destinations, Dublin suffers from extremely high rents pricing many local residents out and to try and negate that there are a number of rules placed on short term rentals in the city.

When in that 50 year span a particular market will catch up and require hotel/tourist zoning for STRs is a coinflip, but in the Disney market it's already done. 

The area is putting up more and more tourist attractions which should continue to drive more growth.
