Wholesaling land and wholesale?

Kyierris Miller
Posted

Kyierris Miller here, I hope you are doing well. I'm new here on bigger pockets, new to real estate as a whole. I'm really interested in learning about wholesaling land as I hear it’s the best way to get your foot in the door when starting out in the real estate world. Im a curious and eager learner. I recently seen a few post about selling land and was wondering if anyone has insight or advice to get started. I’ve never closed a deal but I'm just gonna jump head first into it but I have been studying and reading lots and taking in content, I’ve done my due diligence. I live in livonia Michigan. Im 26 and I really want to quit my day job. Just looking for guidance and some direction. I do thank you all for your time and welcoming! I tried to keep this message as concise as possible as I assume everyone here is a hardworker so being busy is understandable ! But please feel free to reach out and chat I would love that! thanks again!
