Look into El Sereno, City Terrace, Lincoln Heights (near Cal State LA) .... and Inglewood (because of new stadium).  

Clarence Johnson yeah it seems there is a lot of buzz around Inglewood with the new stadium being built and also the other new development planned .

Then, we came across some pockets around SoCal that piqued our interest like the new stadium coming in Hollywood Park and Long Beach where there still seems to be good deals floating around.
