Louisville / Butchertown - Soccer stadium

Extra Space storage (storage rental) in between I-64 and Butchertown gave me notice that I must vacate my storage unit - the City is buying the property for the new soccer arena.   Look for Butchertown properties to become even more expensive.  (as well as storage space!)
