The window subsequently froze open & the melt from the lower roof ice ridge ran into the open window, down the wall & onto the floor.

If it is to expensive you can always get a window unit for a around $100-$150.

Most of these properties are fixed & flipped above market worth, and the bid side is sliding as you're paying over market.

Same for driveway, foundation, and window costs.

I will have to provide and buy all the finishing (cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, etc), but they demo and install everything.For the garage conversion, including the walk-in pantry and 2 bedrooms, the mini-split system, taking out the garage door and framing it and adding siding to look like the rest of the house, and add 1 window in each bedroom, the quote was $40k.I would love to get your opinions.

I know that I've already go about 50k in equity in the property but the last appraisal was before 18 new windows @ 20k were installed.

When they move they do not take these gauze like curtains with them, and they always seem to be falling down off of the windows or on the floor beneath the windows like they were torn down or something.
