And no, that’s not “something the state should reveal to you”....foreclosures are not meant to be vehicle for buying free and clear properties by the public....it is simply the legal process by which an hoa or bank enforces their lien.....if you join in the process, it is up to you to figure out the implications and risk.

@Jeff Copeland: I didn't do a deep dive into the property, but a glance at the photos DOES reveal a property in need of work (cosmetic and otherwise), so it's very likely that one or more of the FHA conditions you named are not met.

The thing I can't stand is very few of these showng costs. include closing costs/commissions/holding costs.The vegas one was pretty cool and revealed the business side of things pretty well.
